After receiving appalling service from Honda North in Osborne Park I rang Prestige Honda even though its location is not exactly convenient to where I live. My initial phone contact was fantastic. The sales person was down to earth, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I knew what I wanted to buy so I guess I was an easy customer, but the whole process was very smooth.
The vehicle was ready very quickly and when I picked it up all of the options requested were fitted and the vehicle looked fantastic. I was given a lengthy appointment with a sales person who took the time to show me all the features of the car, paired my mobile phone to the bluetooth, explained the warranty etc etc. 5 star treatment. The service department is also wonderful, even though it's a drama for me to travel the distance to get there they always make it as painless as possible and offer a service where you can wait in their comfortable lounge for an hour or so until it is finished. Loan cars are also available.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Honda North. They really are at the top of their game without being oily or heavy-handed. They offer a friendly, personal service and make you feel welcome.
