Purchased a new Berlina wagon from this dealership. Salesperson was very good and helpful. During the delivery procedure other staff members did not act professionally - ie were a little rude and told us wrong information about the warranty.
The dealership asked us to complete a survey form (in order to get fuel for the car??) and to contact General Manager if not fully satisfied. We did this (politely - in the spirit of helpful feedback rather than complaining) - and also questioned whether Holden could extend the warranty (they had a promotion on). General Manager said to leave it with him. Did not get back to us. I phoned after two weeks and he said that Holden would not come to the party but that he would follow up futher. Never bothered to get back to us again. Car came pretty low on fuel, but they ask that you return their dealership survey and then they will fill your car with fuel. When getting my tank of fuel after returning the (somewhat negative) survey form, I pointed out to the General Manager that we had returned some negative comments to their survey form - hoping that this would initiate some dialogue about it - no chance. He just said - "thats OK it doesn't matter".
It is clear to me that the management of this dealership lacks integrity. This is not a salesman issue - it has to do with the way that this place is run. If customer feedback 'doesn't matter' to the
General Manager and he doesn't follow up or return calls, I can't even trust them to service my car properly. (The Service Manager is his employee)
It is a shame that a good sales team is let down by the management of this place, but my advice is to avoid actually purchasing from these folk, and check independently anything that they say. Your investment in an expensive car "doesn't matter" to them. Rather keen on your money though.....
