1991 Mercedes-Benz 300SE W126 Sedan

Overall Rating:

This is my first Mercedes, and after much research for a "classic" car including most available marques here in Oz, I decided on a 300se or 300sel Mercedes. I wanted a 1990 or 1991. End result? I am the proud owner of a 1991 300se, with 185,000k on the clock. It is a lovely car to drive, great to look at and has given me little trouble. This is the last of the Mercedes that in my opinion, looks like a Mercedes should look. I have driven newer models and still prefer the 300se. Make sure there is a service history, and check the usual tell-tale signs of neglect. A good one will last you for many years to come.
