Best experience with a car yard ever! Dealt with a young salesman who made everything easy - walked in not too sure on what I wanted and left happier then expected. Wasn't pushed in any way to purchase, told him I wanted to walk away and think about it and was happy to return the next day and purchase my new car. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and buy from here again!!! Link

Went in to purchase a work ute and was told we were buying a perfectly good ex council car with low kms.. should of known better! Left a deposit , applied for finance .. we're told we would get a phone call to tell us how we went. That night got a call to say we were knocked back ' not a problem. Went back a few days later to pick up our deposit to be told we did get fiance .. :-/ .. strange. Didn't question it as we were excited for a new car . Picked it up the next day so they could change the back from the tub to the tray - heard a rattling sound on the way home. They said it was nothing - ended up taking it to a professional to find out they had left out 8 screws!!!. a week later driving down the road the car turned off. Happened a few more times, went back to Ford as it was still under warranty only to get it back with scratches and dints in the front. They denied it until they were blue in the face but changed their story when I pointed out the blue paint on the front of my car matched their hoists .. Problem was fixed... until it rained .. and the rain began coming through the inside of our windscreen. Seems they had put a new windscreen in for the roadworthy and not done it correctly.
Freeway Ford ended up banning us from their premises .. although our car was still under warranty and needed to be seen by them regularly. Seems they only want you for your money .. then want nothing to do with you. Link

Rude sales people! More then happy to rush you into a car and want a sale - offer you the bare minimum for your trade in and then when you want to sell private - are as rude as ever!
Then when you go elsewhere hassle you on the phone!
Over priced on cars and refuse to budge - but when they realise you're walking away they soon change their attitude.. shame it's too late then! Link
